Refund policy

Refunds will be given at the discretion of Christmas Hampers NZ and will be assessed on a case by case basis.  Once hampers are dispatched we cannot easily recover them and hence cannot provide a refund if you have changed your mind.  In the event we make a mistake with an order we will rectify this at our cost and if unable to fix it we will provide a refund.
